Happy New Year from CorpsTHAT!

We welcomed the New Year in with lots of optimism and planning for big projects this year. To start the year out, check out our Environmental Service Trip hosted during Gallauduet and RIT's spring breaks as well as all the job opportunities listed below for the 2017 summer.

CorpsTHAT will be presenting at the Corps Network Conference in February. If you are attending, make sure you come to our workshop on Social Inclusion vs. Accessibility: Supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing Corps Members.

Keep an eye out in the upcoming months, for alumni events, presentations, our Earth Day plans, interpreted WFA courses, volunteer opportunities and many other events and plans we have in the works!

CorpsTHAT Environmental Service Trip:
March 11th - 19th, 2017
Fly in and out of Albuquerque, NM
Cost: $300.00 plus Airfare
Cost includes transportation to and from the airport, food, park fees and rental fees.

Spend your spring break, rock climbing, hiking, making new friends, giving back to the environment and local communities and exploring the beautiful New Mexico wilderness. During the week, participants will work together to complete a environmental conservation project with a local conservation corps organization. Training in techniques, tool safety, and leadership development will be included. No prior knowledge needed.
