This webinar is open to organizations and their Board members that currently have endowment funds and those who are interested in starting an endowment.

During this webinar, we will be discussing Connect to a Cause 2022 and the guidelines for registration and event participation. We recommend that you have a representative or board member from your organization attend if your organization plans to participate in Connect to a Cause this year.

This two-day-long program helps to provide talking points, historical factors, and an organizational definition of racism. REI believes that organizations often work in very intentionally civil ways yet operate from multiple understandings that rely more on personal feelings and popular opinion. This creates complications to the goal of eliminating racial and ethnic disparities and producing equitable outcomes.
