ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Rebecca Martinez O'Mara is an independent board director and C-suite executive with over 25 years of experience growing and managing businesses of $500 million or more. She has global experience spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has been a champion for diversity and inclusion and has served as founder/president of Employee Resource Groups. She is a Chicago United Business Leaders of Color Honoree (2019), and a Chicago Maestro Award Recipient (2022).
