Please note of our important reminders:
  • Prepaid participants are guaranteed to have seats and workshop materials.
  • Please take note that seats for this workshop are limited. On-site payment is highly discouraged. Participants who settled their registration fee prior to the day of the event will be guaranteed to have seats and learning materials.
  • Walk-in participants and those who have reserved seats but will only pay on the day of the event shall be on the waiting list.
  • We reserve the option to cancel or reschedule a learning event if the minimum number of participants is not met.
  • Some of the topics will require hands-on activities. Please bring your own laptops, EISI will not be providing workstations at the venue.
  • Parking spaces/fees are subject to Microtel’s availability and pay parking policy. EISI will not shoulder parking fees.
Your REGISTRATION now includes FREE ONE (1) NIGHT ACCOMMODATION with FREE BREAKFAST at Kabayan Hotel in Pasay City; just a 10-minute ride to Microtel Hotel.
 
Terms and conditions:
1. Hotel accommodation will ONLY cover the date from September 9 Monday, check-in at 2:00 PM to September 10, Tuesday, check-out at 12:00 NN.
2. Early check-in is subject to room's availability with no EXTRA charge
3. Strictly three (3) occupants per room.
4. FREE plated BREAKFAST will be served starting at 4:00 A.M. 
5. Free one (1) night accommodation dates are fixed and can't be used on other dates. Participants who wish to stay PRIOR or AFTER the given dates (September 9-10) should notify EISI key personnel for the RESERVATION until August 30. Additional charges incurred for the said changes will be shouldered by the participants and shall be paid directly to Kabayan Hotel upon check-in.
6. NO FREE transport service from airport to Kabayan Hotel to Microtel and vice versa.
7. NO WALK-IN PARTICIPANT will be entertained at the hotel. All names should be pre-registered as stated in the invitation’s important reminders.
