Apartment Fire in Greater OST / South Union Area

Firefighters arrived on scene to find heavy fire coming from an apartment unit and began an offensive attack. A primary search was conducted and crews checked for extension. The fire was contained to the one unit with extension into the attic area. The American Red Cross was requested to assist the residents. HFD Arson investigators were requested to determine the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters from Stations 21, 46, 33 and 24 responded to this incident.
