House Fire in The Golfcrest / Bellfort / Reveille Area

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a small fire in the attic of a home and the occupants safely outside. Three breakers had been tripped and arcing wires were found under insulation in the attic. The crews turned the power off and extinguished the fire. The home owner was advised to have an electrician inspect the wiring before the power was turned back on. Firefighters from Stations 26, 23, 29, 36 and 40 responded to this incident.
