Request for Interest Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Innovation Center at Nebraska Innovation Campus
The UNL College of Engineering, the UNL College of Architecture, Tetrad Property Group (TPG) and Nebraska Innovation Campus (NIC) invites Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) organizations and businesses to respond to this Request for Interest (RFI) for the creation of and placement in a newly created AEC Innovation Center (AECIC) at NIC. The AEC Innovation Center will be housed on the second (2nd) floor of the Rise at Innovation Campus, the newest building to open (see Exhibit A for location). The AECIC has the potential to positively enhance the collaboration between industry and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Colleges of Engineering and Architecture (University).

This RFI is encouraging and creating an environment for new partnerships to be made. It is also designed to give all who may be interested an opportunity to increase their exposure and ability to the University and its students as well as the potential possibility of the creation of public-private partnerships.

Letters of Interest should be submitted electronically to Cassie Paben at by Friday, March 15th at 12:00pm Central Time. Letters of Interest submitted should be no more than 2 pages in length.
