HOUSTON - Houston fire stations are set to receive 5 new Frazer built ambulances in the next few weeks. Mayor Turner approved $900,000 in additional funds to purchase the ambulances. The units will likely be housed at Stations 12, 3, 24, 40 and 49. HFD has added 28 EMS units since July 2018. Mayor Turner has also approved funding for 5 additional EMS units.
