Houston Firefighters will fulfill the wish of a terminally ill teenager today. 14-year-old, Case Beken is blind and has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. He has been receiving care at Texas Children’s Hospital and will be going home to Weimar today at noon. Prior to his illness he wished to be a firefighter when he grew up. Before he leaves today (8/15) at 11am HFD will make him an honorary Houston Firefighter. Our prayers our with Case and his family as they go through this difficult time.
