Dear San Jose AGO members:

Welcome to summer, and to a new format for communications from your AGO chapter. This is Margaret Kvamme, and I look forward to my role as your new newsletter editor. I’ve decided to make things plain and simple. You’ll be receiving your Summer Edition 2022 newsletter through this Mailchimp platform. It will look very different from the PDFs that Ken Talbot so faithfully and fastidiously put together. (Thank you, Ken, for your many years keeping us informed!)

Mailchimp emails can easily be read on a smart phone or tablet (larger screens work, too). You may also print it out if preferred. I don’t plan to send newsletters through snail mail; look to your inbox for a newsletter every few months. The first one will come arrive around June 15. If you have items for the summer newsletter (instruments for sale, concert calendar from 6/15 – 8/15, articles of interest, photos etc. please send them to me by June 8 by clicking the button below:

Meanwhile, it’s time to let young piano students and piano teachers know about an exciting event sponsored by the Palo Alto/Peninsula AGO chapter. This is geared towards youngsters who have never encountered the organ. You can forward this entire Mailchimp email to potential students and teachers, directing them to the gold textbox below. Let’s build up interest in the King of Instruments!
