HFD Arson investigators have ruled a house fire in the 3300 block of Kilgore this afternoon as accidental caused by a candle. Houston firefighters were able to rescue a resident from the home and administer a Cyano kit which is a process of treating smoke inhalation. The resident was transported to the hospital for further treatment.
