January 2020
Midweek Escapes
Welcome to 2020. I hope everyone had a great holiday season and enjoyed some time outside to take in the beauty of wherever you live, even if it was cold. I live in the southwest desert in a little town called Las Vegas. Maybe you've heard of it? We got a nice dusting of powdered sugar snow on our mountains that outline the valley, and it looks great. I took a few hikes and enjoyed some rainy days. The desert can be stunning.

Sparks flew when Andrew and Regina met the first time, but the discovery that he was her new boss snuffed out their budding romance.

Now, a job transfer makes their remaining time together much too short.

Can a hefty sprinkle of Christmas magic finally set them both on the right path? Will they realize that time, like love is a gift not to be wasted?

* Please note: Life happens. It's been rare that I've had an author cancel, but it has happened because of illness. So, the schedule may vary (hopefully not!).

Here's a new release from my friend author Pamela Gibson...

Blood Will Tell

Police Chief Meg Beall has had a rough first year on the job and can’t afford to make another mistake. When a prominent citizen turns up dead, all clues point to his nephew. But if she arrests him, will the good citizens of Santa Marta think she’s out for revenge? He is, after all, the man who left her standing at the altar.
Popular winery manager Cabot Lane never hid his hatred for the uncle who made his life miserable, but he didn’t kill the weasel and it hurts that Meg thinks he did. He knows he doesn’t deserve her forgiveness, but if his uncle’s murder is to be solved, they need to work together and do it soon.
Because a killer’s still at large and the next victim may already be in danger.
