Teacher and Administrator Evaluations
Parents, students, staff, and community members are given the opportunity to provide information about teacher and administrator performance. The input forms are shared with the person's immediate supervisor. Forms are available until May 6.
Input can be submitted electronically or via paper form.
- Parents and members of the public can complete the web-based Input form by going to the Parents portal on the District's website. Links to the forms are available under the Feedback & Questions section.
- For those who wish to print a hard copy, PDF versions can be found in the Forms & Publications Library on the District's website. Type "input" in the Name search box to find and print the paper forms. School sites will also have printed copies of the forms for parents and employees who do not have access to a computer.
