Congratulations Class of 2019!
After an incredibly busy and competitive college application season, Ivy Options' Class of 2019 students received more than 140 acceptances to nearly 100 universities, including $500,000 in scholarships. The most recent acceptances include Duke University, University of California-Berkeley, University of Pennsylvania, and Vanderbilt University. Top U.S. and U.K. Universities Visiting Dubai in April and May
 Representatives from elite universities in the U.S. and U.K. will be visiting Dubai this month and in May. These are great opportunities to meet the admissions directors and get details of the universities' academic programs, admissions policies, financial aid, campus activities, and student life.

Don't Forget to Book Your Summer College Tours and On-Campus Interviews
If you are planning to visit colleges and universities this summer, now is the time to rsvp online for tours and information sessions. Additionally, some schools offer students the opportunity to do an on-campus interview with an admissions director; these can also be booked online. Participating in an interview is a great way to show demonstrated interest. A list of colleges offering on-campus interviews can be found here. Searching for Scholarships
With the astronomical cost of attending college, particularly in the U.S., it's never too early to start exploring scholarship options. Here are some search tips:
Merit Scholarships: Many college/universities offer merit and other scholarships for which applicants can be considered if they apply by a specific deadline.
Corporate Scholarships: Parents should check with their employers for any scholarship possibilities, particularly if they work for mid- to large-sized corporations.

Openings available for ACT Prep Class
It's not too late to sign up for Ivy Options' latest ACT test preparation course, which started this week. This six-week session is for students taking the ACT Exam on June 7, 2019, or later. Free ACT or SAT diagnostics are available most Saturdays at 9 a.m., but registration is required. Please contact ammarah@ivyoptions.com.
