We're excited to have these beautiful books gifted to the library from one of the co-authors, Rangitihi Pene:

Ko ngā hoa rangatira o Tūhourangi - The wives of Tūhourangi
Tūhourangi kai mātaotao = Tūhourangi, who was made to eat cold food
Te Whānautanga o Tūhourangi = The birth of Tūhourangi

Find these books in the Children's Māori Collection on the Ground Floor.
Here are some other cool new books:

Google Santa Tracker

Here's a fun site to occupy the kids while they're waiting for Santa to arrive:
  • Take a Santa Selfie
  • Try some coding at Code Lab
  • Play a memory game
  • Rearrange the countries in the map quiz

I don’t believe in the kind of magic in my books. But I do believe something very magical can happen when you read a good book.
