Facial recognition powers instant check-in

As you arrive at the ESOT2019 Congress in Copenhagen your badge will be (almost) instantly printed for you thanks to the facial recognition name badging system.

All participants who opt-in and upload an appropriate photo will be able to use this innovation, which will not only significantly speed up the check-in process, but also reduce waste as all name badges printed on demand.

Take a look at how the system works in this video from our name badge technology partner fielddrive.

Facial recognition for 5.800 delegates

This is just one of the many innovations you can expect at the ESOT2019 Congress in Copenhagen, all of which are developed so that you can make the most of your time with us.

The system uses fully-encrypted biometric data, and all anonymised image data is deleted one week after the event. The whole process is fully secure and GDPR compliant. If you have any questions about the process, please consult fielddrive’s privacy policy here and for details on how the biometric data is processed please read here.
