Phase II: Accelerator

EdSim Accelerator Recap

Last month, Embodied Labs was incredibly honored to be selected among the EdSim Challenge finalists! The company's CEO, Carrie Shaw, and Creative Director, Ryan Lebar, spent two days in New York City at the beginning of June, learning more about the EdSimChallenge and visiting a maker movement oriented NYC public school. It was a great experience and the team is now busily working on their "playable prototype" for Demo Day in September, held in Washington, D.C.

Trainers Certified at Chicago Methodist Senior Services

The country’s very first Embodied Labs Trainers have been certified! Chicago Methodist Senior Services is using The Alfred Lab and upcoming content to enhance staff training at their three facilities. They plan to have 100% of staff go through The Alfred Lab in the next three months. CEO, Carrie Shaw, and Curriculum Designer, Erin Washington, spent a day with key staff members, training them on how to use Embodied Labs content for staff development in their areas. It was a great experience to work with CMSS and so impressive to observe their innovative organizational culture and compassionate care they display towards their residents.

Our production studio has moved!
