Impact: McMaster researcher to "clean" big data
Big data can provide many insights to organizations and companies, but it is often rife with inconsistent and incomplete information that can cost money and time. McMaster University’s Fei Chiang is working with IBM to improve the data quality metrics in Watson Analytics, IBM’s cloud-based data analytics platform.
Proposals are currently being accepted for the second round of the SOSCIP-TalentEdge Post-doctoral Fellowship Program. The deadline for this round closes on Monday, Dec. 19, 2016.
