Welcome to your Summer 2019 Newsletter; in this edition we are launching a Summer Initiative to entice a few more men to join the Fit4Life ranks! Please read on to discover what this could mean for the man (or men!) in your life!
The studio will be open as normal throughout the holiday period, with the exception of Sunday 25th and Monday 26th August Bank Holiday. 
If you are travelling to sunnier places, all the team at Fit4Life wish you all a super (Sunny!!) and special Summer Holiday!

Promotion 
Greg will be leaving a few crates of beer in the studio to help the holiday mood as we swing into summer; sorry Ladies, this is exclusively for the Men's classes on Monday evening, Wednesday lunch and Wednesday evening . Strictly for consumption after class at home! Beers start on the 5th August and last orders will be around the 31st August.
IN ADDITION, there are a few spaces for the 12.30pm and 8.00pm Wednesday Men's Classes, so we'd like to entice a few more fella's to try Pilates with us. If you want to recommend a friend to come down and try a class don't forget our FREE TASTER CLASS promotion applies!
And LADIES.....if you think your man would benefit from Pilates, please send him along; if he then decides to join up for the rest of the term you'll receive a nice bottle of Chablis for your introduction!

Ha! now we’ve got your attention!  Men who practice Pilates have greater control of this region of the body--need we say more! chaps while we’re talking about your wedding tackle did you know prostate cancer is one of the most common diseases in men over the age of 50, Its believed that the atrophy (deterioration) of the pelvic floor muscles is a major factor. By practicing Pilates, the muscles can be effectively strengthened, and as a result, the risk of prostate cancer could be lessened.

If you participate in sport on a regular basis Pilates, for all the reasons above, is one of the best ways to prevent injuries from occurring.

PERFORMANCE & LIFE COACHING OFFER FOR FIT4LIFE CLIENTS
Helen Jennnings has been a client with Fit4Life for over 18 months and has recently started her training and development as a Life Coach. During her training, she has kindly offered to work with any Fit4Life Clients on a Pro Bono Basis.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CLASS SWAPS AND CATCH UP CLASSES
 We are really struggling to monitor and process Class Swaps and Catch Up Class requests; we receive requests on text, voice mail, messenger, WhatsApp and email - and the problem is picking up and actioning requests across so many platforms; sometimes these are being missed. 
To help us manage your class swap or catch up request in the future, please only make requests via info@fit4lifenkutsford.com - we can then ensure that we handle your request more effectively! 
This process starts on the 1st May......please do note that we won't be looking out for swap requests on other platforms after that date!!

Many of you have now experienced using The Hog in your Pilates Classes, and we now have a stock of these available for your personal use at home, priced at £20 each.
