As our Lenten journey draws to a close with Palm Sunday and our entry into HOLY WEEK, may this be a time for you and your family to draw closer to Our Blessed Lord.  There is still time to walk the Stations of the Cross and meditate upon the sorrows of Jesus and his Mother Mary.  Come visit our outdoor grounds to explore our Franciscan Stations and our new Risen Lord mural.
We join the Universal Church in prayer:
Almighty ever-living God, who as an example of humility for the human race to follow caused our Savior to take flesh and submit to the Cross, graciously grant that we may heed his lesson of patient suffering and so merit a share in his Resurrection.  Who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.  (Collect for Palm Sunday)
Pre-Register for Spring Day Retreat
The Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows welcome back Father Peter Prusakiewicz, CSMA for a Spring Day Retreat on May 17th. His topic: "The Secret of the Angels and St. Faustina." He will also give a silent retreat at St. Clare's Retreat in Soquel, CA.
Fr. Peter resides in the General House of the Congregation of St. Michael the Archangel in Marki, Poland. His main charism and expertise is on the Holy Angels which has led to his becoming a sought after inspirational speaker on the Holy Angels, the Divine Mercy and St. Faustina. Father served as chaplain to the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Warsaw where Sr. Faustina started her religious life and he is chief editor for two magazines: "Who is like God" and "The Angels."
