Last week our commitment to reducing our emissions was recognised with the Excellence in Climate Action (medium organisation) Award at the 2019 Enviro-Mark Solutions Awards. The Awards are a celebration of businesses certified under the CEMARS and carboNZero programmes that have shown exceptional leadership in climate change mitigation and environmental action.

You've got until Friday to make sure you're enrolled to vote in this year’s local elections. If you're not enrolled or you need to change your details, you need to do so by 16 August in order to receive your voting papers in the mail. Friday is also the day that nominations to stand in the elections close – all papers must be received and processed before 12 noon. Mazengarb/Ratanui roundabout update

We’re making real headway on our upgrade to improve traffic flow and safety at the Ratanui Road /Mazengarb Road intersection in Paraparaumu. With the central roundabout complete we’re now working on realigning the corners. In the next few weeks we’ll begin widening the lane on the southern side to make more room for vehicles navigating the intersection. Thank you everyone for your patience.
