Springtime Outdoor Roller Skate Time!
Yes, finallly Spring is showing her true character. Winterperiod was taking too much of our precious time, but not that we didn't spend it wisely though. The main benefit of an indoor roller skate training facility, is you're able to stay in shape all winter long.
But now it's time to put your built up potential and upcoming solar energy to good use and feed your roll power to get into flow motion!
For most European roller skaters, outdoor roller skating is a common leisure activity and in recent years, more rhythm skaters can be seen in different hotspots in The Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, the UK and Spain.
Make sure to adjust the hardness of your wheels, when rolling outdoors. Good suggestion from an experienced point of view:
Don't go softer than 85A!
Reason: A softer wheel than forementioned hardness, will give you a good absorption factor and bounce, but it will make you `stick` to the surface a lot more. This will cause more torsion action in the knees, damaging all kinds of joint structures over time. (Number 1. leading cause to serious irreverisble damage).
So be kind to your knees, extend your skate life and enjoy!
