Time sure flies when you're rolling high. Autumn is kicking in gently and that means we need to adapt to the changings of seasons. But that's ok, because we're fully equipped to do just that.

Roller skating on any level - regardless experience - always gives you immediate straight forward information on where you're at and how you have been treating yourself lately or in life in general.
Your physical stamina, brain-body coordination and coherence, eating habits, sleeping hours, (old or upcoming) injuries, hormonal challenges, mood controls; going for a roll on a regular basis, keeps you in check.
It's an excellent indicator, to let you know how to keep that roll smooth and fun and how to maintain or improve it.
