UTM to UAM – Flying Towards the Future.
Dear <<First Name>>
Things are progressing well in 2020 but Coronavirus forced the cancellation of MWC Connected Skies event in Barcelona. We hope to pick back up in a few months with the “Harmonized Skies” event in Singapore, so stay tuned.
World ATM Congress 2020: On March 10th – 12th, ANRA Technologies will attend the World ATM Congress in Madrid. This event is the world’s largest international air traffic management (ATM) exhibition and conference. ANRA will be showcasing our leading UAS Traffic Management platform and talking about our Workflow Orchestration Platform. Our CEO, Amit Ganjoo, will be speaking during the workshop, “ATM and UTM: Integrate or Segregate?”
Members of the ANRA team will be available to answer questions and provide a live demonstration of ANRA’s UTM Platform called DroneUSS™. Please contact us to reserve a time slot for a private, detailed demonstration.
Remote ID NPRM: ANRA filed public comments regarding the Notice to Proposed Rule Making for Remote ID and look forward to continuing our work with the federal government to integrate commercial drones into the National Airspace System. Even though RID NPRM is imperfect, it still provides a starting point. We need to pragmatically evaluate its intended security and safety concerns. ANRA firmly believes there is no single magic bullet for Remote Identification that meets every requirement, nor should we expect the first draft of the regulation to provide that bullet. Detailed comments filed by ANRA are available online on the regulations.gov site. You can also review our high level thoughts by clicking here.
Avionics International Interview: Avionics International visited the Washington DC office of ANRA Technologies to discuss unmanned traffic management with Founder and CEO Amit Ganjoo. You can read this insightful interview online by clicking here. Amit discusses airspace topics relevant to regulators, air navigation service providers and private companies that are pursuing integrating unmanned traffic into the global airspace.
Urban Air Mobility CONOPs: On February 6th, NASA Aeronautics Research Institute (NARI) and FAA hosted a critical meeting to discuss Concept of Operations for Urban Air Mobility (UAM) air traffic management. This was an opportunity for key stakeholders like ANRA Technologies to continue to provide input into the development of FAA’s CONOPs plan for UAM to enable near term early operations.
Future of Flight: A couple of weeks back, ANRA Technologies was honored to be selected to participate in the Future Flight Challenge in Birmingham, UK along with our consortium partners Connected Places Catapult and Cranfield University. This project aims to revolutionize the way people, goods and services fly and to position the UK as a world leader in aviation products and markets. It will support UK development of new technologies from freight-carrying drones to urban air vehicles to hybrid-electric regional aircraft.
We are Hiring: ANRA Team is growing and we are looking for dynamic and creative senior level members to add to our team. We are looking for folks who want to work in a fun and fast paced environment with the focus on UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM). Willingness to travel and work internationally is a prerequisite. Crazy good ping-pong skills are necessary if you want to beat the boss. More Details.
As always, please contact us with your questions, thoughts, comments, feedback, and one of our team members will be glad to engage with you.
