Sign the Pledge to Ask DC to Fund Access for All

The Skyland Workforce Center, along with the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Develop (CNHED) and Byte Back, is asking DC to fund computers, internet and technical training for DC residents. We want to ensure that all DC residents, regardless of income or race, have fair access to digital tools and education.The pandemic has made internet access even more important as job applications, interviews, and training are all online. 

Will you take the pledge to stand with us, as we fight for equal and affordable access to high-speed internet, technology devices such as laptops and computers, and technology training for underserved communities? You can  take the pledge here:
Free Meals Wednesday at Center
Come to the Center Wednesday for a Free Prepared Meal

We will have free prepared meals for you to take home and reheat. Wednesday at 2509 Good Hope Road SE from 10 am until all the meals are gone!
