Workshops throughout the day are also available to help you learn how to get handle on your finances, credit score and retirement plans. The next meeting of the New Westminster Historical Society is October, 7 PM and focusses on research that has taken place into the underground waterways of New Westminster. Read More

In partnership with the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce, SPARK is a learning series for small businesses and entrepreneurs. This month's Spark session will focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for business. Read More
TechTime in the iConnect LAB
Do you have a question about a device, software program or technology project? Drop by and we'll get you started on self-guided learning to answer your questions. Pre-requisites: Computer Basics, File Management, and Internet Basics. Free, Drop-in, no registration required, on the following dates and times:

Children and Youth Programs

Family Storytime
Parents! Grab your kids and head to Family Storytime,  every Tuesday evening, 7 PM at the Main Branch. 
CircleTime with Spirit of the Children
Join us at 2 PM on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month as we welcome Spirit of the Children who provide a 1/2 hour storytime through the eyes of First Nations culture and traditions.
Code Club for Kids!
For kids ages 9-12 who want to learn more about coding and share what they already know with other kids. We'll be learning together, creating with Scratch, Python and HTML! Offered most Tuesdays, 3:30 - 4:30 PM. Free, no registration required. 
Queensborough Branch
Our Queensborough Branch has a host of free, regular programs on offer including:
  • Preschool Storytime, Wednesdays 11 - 11:30 AM
  • Fun Literally!, Wednesdays 3:30 - 4:40
  • Babytime, Fridays 12 - 12:30

Remembrance Day Closure
