Fun, Literally!
Kids aged 7 -12 are invited to have fun, literally! as we play fun and engaging games at the Queensborough Branch.  This is a supervised drop-in program.

Kids aged 6-9 can take part in a variety of fun STEAM activities on Tuesdays at the Main Branch in our Little Smarties drop-in! Engineer with KEVA planks and LEGO, get creative with crafts, and more.

Calling all teen artists! Do you want to see your art all over New Westminster this summer? Enter our Teen Summer Reading Club Art Contest! Come to the library or request an entry form by email at youth@nwpl.ca. Great prizes!

Volunteering Opportunities for Students
Need volunteer hours for school? Do you enjoy working with younger kids? We are recruiting teen volunteers for several of our children’s after-school programs at both our Main Branch and in Queensborough. Be a Reading Buddy or assist library staff with activities at our drop-in programs.
