On October 23, the City of Austin, through its Economic Development Department, issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for a master development partner. This issuance provides qualified respondents an opportunity to demonstrate their experience in developing a new vibrant, sustainable, and mix-use neighborhood on 208 acres of publically-owned land in Colony Park. The City held a pre-offer conference and site visit on November 16 and the submittal deadline for interested master developers is December 21, 2017.
