PHASE II
Request for Proposal
The project has now moved into the next phase of securing a Master Developer. Upon completing the Request for Qualifications (RFQs/Phase I), the City of Austin has invited Catellus Development Corporation to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP). Over the next few months, Catellus will have an opportunity to prepare a response for how they plan to develop the 208 acres of city-owned land. Prior to making a recommendation to City Council, the community will be invited to provide input at two public meetings.
