COMMUNITY UPDATE
Colony Park Master Developer

Thank you to all the community members that attended our "Meet the Developer" event on Saturday, September 8.

Over 200 residents joined us to meet members of Catellus Development Team and learn more about their involvement through our community presentation and moderated panel discussion. The event also featured display boards from the Colony Park project, as well as, feedback received during our May 24 community event. The Developer Community Video was also shown and is now available at our project website. Questions received during the event will be posted to our website soon.

At this time, the process of reviewing qualifications and proposals for the Colony Park Master Developer is complete. During the month of October, City Council will vote and determine whether the City will enter into an exclusive agreement with the recommended Colony Park Master Developer. Please note the original date set (October 4) for the City Council meeting has been rescheduled. We will send an announcement once the new date is set. In the meantime, please visit the City Council meeting page here for updates.
