The Spaghetti story

Once upon a time ....
You have to understand that the taste is all in how you articulate the order. You could liken this learned skilled to that of the mating ritual of our local "Bush Turkeys" yes it's a stretch I give you that, but none the less this is actually how some see Quentin's ordering ritual when he attempts to secure that absolute most perfect Spaghetti Della Casa.

So the story starts with Quentin as he trots down to his favourite Italian restaurant in all the lands of Tedder Senza Nome an Italian legend that sits above the famed cobblestone of Tedder Avenue. Quentin does this several times each week... you have to read on and see his unique ritual . . .

MEET THE LOCALS

Sue Donavan and Rita Noon

Sue Donovan

Organiser Main Beach Spring Flower Festival
Congratulations Sue, it was a stunning success.

Sue Donovan, the current president of the Main Beach Association first discovered the delights of Main Beach when she and her husband John bought a yacht at the Gold Coast over 30 years ago. Though running a successful international publishing company based in Melbourne, Chicago, Denver and London, she immediately appreciated the fact that the Gold Coast was a perfect base for cruising the Australian coast.

After selling their business to an international company Sue and John bought a yacht in France, which they sailed across the Atlantic and the Pacific - then through Indonesia to Thailand, India and Borneo.
After 12 years of sailing the world, Sue and John now apply their energies to protecting and enhancing Main Beach and The Spit—and chartering boats from time to time in Europe.

Congratulations Rita the festival was a stunning success for Main Beach at every layer. But let's dive in behind the Flowers and zoom in on the "Rita in Main Beach"

Living in Main Beach and working from home is the perfect scenario for Rita.  Nearly three years here and things just keep improving.

Tedder Avenue is the perfect office – coffee shops are ideal for recruitment interviews (candidates tell you so much more over a coffee), comfortable meeting spaces when planning Flower Festivals & Events, handy places to share doTERRA Essential Oils AND the retailers offer everything an Image Consultant could desire.  Taking Image clients shopping is a breeze when you have choices in style, design and price point.
Molly the golden retriever (an Autumn) is a regular at a number of the local cafes.
And of course, Main Beach is perfectly located for tennis venues around the Gold Coast. continue reading

Land TAX  - Is this you?

Land Tax in 2019 is affecting increasing numbers of property owners. This may not be important to you if you have never received a Land Tax bill. However, when the combined value of your Queensland properties reaches the tax-free threshold, your first land tax bill won't be the highlight of your day! If you are interested in the potential impact of land tax on your financial security.

Opened initially in 1966, the bridge replaced the Jubilee Bridge, and comprises four separate decks and pier structures built at various stages and for a variety of purposes.
