Featuring global events, new projects and historic moments, 2023 will be an eventful Sport for All year filled with opportunities for the global Sport for All Movement to gather and work together to use Sport for All as a tool to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and create a better world; in the spirit of TAFISA Mission 2030. Save the date - 28th TAFISA World Congress!
Join us for the 28th TAFISA World Congress in Düsseldorf, Germany, on 30 October - 5 November 2023, along with over 500 delegates from 80 countries. The Congress will serve as the main platform for the Global Sport for All Movement to meet, connect, share experiences and knowledge, and work together under the them of "Sport for All: More Together than Ever”. The Congress will also feature the TAFISA General Assembly, on 3 November.

This year will also see the launch of a new project led by TAFISA and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission: INTERACT+ builds upon the INTERACT project, its recommendations, outputs, and the identified ISO’s (International and European Sport Organisations) needs and expectations. The project will encompass the development of a new Sport for All delivery model and the creation of a knowledge and experience-sharing platform between ISOs and their National Federations.

Apply to join a M.A. Programme in International Sports Development!
TAFISA and Leipzig University's Sports Science Faculty are proud to offer a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Sports Development to empower current and future leaders to work in sports organisations, providing them with the knowledge, expertise, and tools to develop Sport for All and grassroots sports. The deadline for application to the M.A. Programme has been extended to 31 January 2023, apply now and spread the word! | More Information

In an effort to better answer the needs of local communities, TAFISA will continue to explore opportunities to work with its regional networks through new programmes and collaborations, particularly in Africa, the Americas and Oceania, while strengthening its existing activities in Europe and Asia. We will also develop new services for our members and further expand our Mission 2030 Platform.
