Develop and Manage Relationships: Suppliers as Partners

The development of relationship and establishing the safe, innovative and cost efficient logistical solutions together with our partners -  is essential to all of the Martin Bencher Group offices.

It is OK to be demanding - the industry will expect it – but no matter the method of transport, which our total scope of work will include, we encourage to cooperate, align expectations and securing all interfaces in order to secure overall performance towards our clients.

We encourage and prioritize to meet with our partners face to face, expect honest communication, share knowledge and to give feedback and to listen and learn.

We firmly believe that such efforts will be mutually beneficial and will continue to support our ambitions to identify and minimize risks, to ensure operational performance, to identify opportunities for cost reductions and to bring overall value to our clients.

As examples, at time of writing this editorial, we have our CEO, Peter Thorsøe Jensen visiting a project site in Illinois, USA. Our CCO, Jeppe Frank is visiting partners in South Africa. We have our valued heavy haulier in Mexico visiting our head quarter in Aarhus, Denmark and we have a lessons learned session in Hamburg with a vessel owner on a wind project.

Thank you for your long term cooperation with Martin Bencher Group.

Best regards,

Joergen Hougaard | COO
