We can finally say now, that the Cleveland Cavaliers have officially flipped the switch on their season by destroying The Boston Celtics last night. James had 36 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists as Cleveland ran past Boston, 114-91 to move back into first place in the East.
Boston had more rest, where at home, and a sawed-off Isaiah Thomas - the leading fourth-quarter scorer in the NBA. Cleveland were on the second half of a back-to-back and tired legs from the travel. However Cleveland has LeBron James. In every persona imaginable, James dominated Boston on Wednesday night.
The teams had identical records entering their final regular-season matchup, but Cleveland (51-27) now has a one-game lead over Boston (50-28) with only four games to play. No team has ever lost 10 games in one month, as Cleveland did in March, and won an NBA championship.
Catch you Monday.
