We Have Three More Weeks to
Reach Our $25,000 Goal! Can You Help?

Just as we've all had to change our lives due to COVID-19, TASC had to cancel our biggest planned fundraiser of the year that was an in-person event. The #StrongerTogether virtual fundraiser was created to help raise the critical funds that TASC depends on. Thanks to the overwhelming response from TASC families, staff, clients, and community supporters we've raised $17,768...only about $7,000 short of the $25,000 goal. In our eyes, this is remarkable! We are so grateful for the support.

What does #StrongerTogether mean to TASC?
The name #StrongerTogether comes from the inspiration of watching our greater community come together during the time of COVID-19 and is a testament to the fact that we truly are stronger together, even if we need to become creative with the way we are connecting with one another.

These funds have been critical to helping TASC cover various expenses related to COVID-19 response and so much more.

One major need the $7,000 will help cover is technology.

36 tablets have been provided to TASC client groups and individuals to access TASC's virtual programming, access communication tools, employment needs, and various other areas through the use of technology.

We are grateful to have the support of two separate community grants that help provide funds to cover some of these expenses. The Lake Balboa Neighborhood Council provided $2,000 for the purchase of tablets. As well as Supervisor Sheila Kuehl's Discretionary Funds provided $5,000. However, we still have a gap in funding for technology.

Below is an illustration to show how funds can be used to assist in TASC's technology needs.

Can you help us reach our goal to raise just $7,000 more?
