NEW SCHEDULE!

Village of Vernon Hills

Trick or Treat Hours

Saturday, Nov. 2

2 to 5 p.m.

Due to the forecast of inclement weather and anticipated accumulations of up to 3 inches of snow, the Village is concerned for the safety of children crossing streets when traffic conditions will be at their worst. Therefore, authorized hours for Trick-or-Treating will be moved from the traditional day of Halloween to Saturday, November 2 from 2 to 5 p.m. in the afternoon.

Stay safe, have fun, and be alert.  Remember to stay with your group, be extra careful when crossing the street, never enter a home or vehicle of a person not known to you, and have an adult check your treats before you eat them.
