Goodwill a Finalist for ChamberRVA IMPACT Award

Recently ChamberRVA selected Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia as one of three finalists for its prestigious IMPACT Award in the Large Business category. The award recognizes businesses that have made an impact on the Richmond region's economy, the community and on their employees.

Innerwill, a non-profit subsidiary of LuckStone Corporation dedicated to building better leaders through Values Based Leadership, nominated Goodwill for this year's IMPACT Award.  Goodwill and InnerWill work together to build Goodwill's Values-Based Leadership culture.

Other finalists included CapTech, a Henrico-based national IT management firm, and Dixon Hughes Goodman, a public accounting firm with Richmond-based offices.  At the November 13th awards ceremony, Dixon Hughes Goodman took home the IMPACT Award in the large business category.

In Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia, AMIKids saw an organization not only with a strong presence in Central Virginia and Hampton Roads, but also a history of helping people who might not otherwise have a chance to get some basic job skills and an opportunity to work.
