Welcome to our end of Trinity Term newsletter for 2019. Well done to all the students who sat their state examinations, over the past few weeks and can now relax for the summer. Leaving Cert results will be out one day earlier this year, on Tuesday, August 13th. 

You should have received your child's school report in the post last week but if you are away it is available to view on the School App.

Incredible double win in Intel Isef competition for Richard Beattie & Dylan Bagnall, with teacher Ciaran O'Connor.
We are immensely proud of 2015 Past Pupil, Nadia Hourihan, who just graduated from Cambridge University with a first in English.
Felicidades to the F6 winners of the ATS National Spanish Quiz;
Maeve Macken, Ben Buller, Luke Power, with proud teacher Amy Fitzgerald.
Incredible results from our Speech & Drama students who sat their RIAM exams this year - ALL DISTINCTIONS -  many who were on stage in the Gala Concert.
Well done to Seán Lynch, the only Irish runner up in the UK/IRL Book Token Competition, winning €55 for himself & €170 in Book Tokens for our school.
U13 A boys cricket team who made the final of their U13 leinster league this term. Sports Round-Up here.
Well-deserved success for 2018 PP Maile Wedgewood & Louise Watson at Henley
Open Day 2019 saw our largest attendance ever! There was glowing feedback from the parent survey, especially for our students.
‘We were so impressed by the maturity and self-possession of the
students we met: they are great ambassadors for the school!’

During multicultural week we celebrated the wonderful diversity of our school with lots of fun events, a highlight being the native dishes cooked by students.
Congratulations to all our Form 2 students who made their confirmation on May 17th in our chapel. Archbishop Michael Jackson officiated.
A huge thank-you to the KHPA for organising a wonderful Valedictory send-off for our Form 6 Class of 2019. Congratulations to valedictorians Jack Daly & Jenny Clements
Our 2nd annual and now a tradition - Blue Coat Day - drew phenomenal crowds this year. The KHPPA Vintage Tea Tent was a huge success! Click for Photo Gallery.
Lots of funds raised for Down Syndrome Ireland at our annual end of term KH Ice Cream Sunday event.
Teen Curators from TY conducted a brilliant interview with John Boyne at the International Literature Festival Dublin. Library news here.
Well done to the Chapel Committee who did a 'sleep out' at
Trinity College for Tiglin Treatment Centre and then straight on to the
Phoenix Park to walk in Darkness into Light.
KH goodbyes - On June 7th we celebrated our colleagues who are retiring and moving on, with a surprise video message from Leo Varadkar. Click here.
Congratulations to the 3 Past Pupils re-elected and newly-elected as
councillors in the May elections.
