EARTH DAY SALE
and Cookout!
Sunday, April 22, 2018

In 1970 Wisconsin Senator Gaylord Nelson founded Earth Day in an effort to get environmental protection on the national agenda. Forty-eight years later, we're still fighting!

This year, to celebrate the Earth, 22% off everything in the store all day long!   Join us for a cookout from 12-2pm.

In 2017 Big Reuse:
  • Diverted and reused 2 million lbs of building materials and furniture!
  • Composted 1.2 million lbs of organic matter!
  • Provided 150 community greening efforts with free compost through the NYC Compost Project and worked with hundreds of volunteers!
  • Talked to over 100,000 New Yorkers about participating in city's organics waste program!
  • Opened 2 new community composting locations!
If you are passionate about reuse, recycling, zero waste and the circular economy - please support Big Reuse today!

It's Books!
We're reinventing our bookstore and need books! At Big Reuse, we love books. And so do our customers. In order to offer a larger selection of books at smaller prices, we have made some changes. If you are running out of bookshelf space - do a spring cleanse and bring unwanted books into Big Reuse and get a tax write off.
Big Reuse is a 501c3 non-profit.  Your purchases and tax-deductible donations help Big Reuse reduce waste and support eco-initiatives.
