How much gratitude do I have for the OTL community? A thriving tree full and then some! Thank you for choosing to be part of this family tree.
How much gratitude do I have for the OneTreeLove community? A thriving tree full and then some! Thank you for choosing to be part of this family tree.
I am beaming with gratitude for the love and support from my OneTreeLove family. You all lift me and this world up with your kindness, integrity, and joy. This was again evident by the outpour of support for our 2020 Spread the Love for Puerto Rico campaign. Thanks to the generosity of this community, our team was able to deliver three suitcase of emergency kits, lights, batteries, games, and art supplies (joy-fillers) to the island last month. Gift cards and cash donations were also made to families and organizations on the island and back in Northeast Ohio helping to restore hope, trees, and life. The adventurous women on the PR 2020 yogAdventure were also able to help clean up a landslide, plant a medicinal garden and papaya trees, care for some young native trees, and support the local economy with our eco-tourism.
Check out photos from our week of self love, community service, recreation, and relaxation-- click here. And you can picture yourself joining us in 2021.
I hope to see you soon and express my gratitude in person. Come share your love, light, and truly you with the OneTreeLove community.

Appreciating and aligning to your dosha can help bring balance to your life. In Ayurveda teachings, we learn that the doshas are three energies comprised of the five elements (ether, air, fire, water, and earth) making up our mind-body type. The doshas are expressed in our physical, mental, and emotional characteristics.
To learn which dosha you are, take the Chopra Center's free online dosha quiz. For guidance on how to make adjustments in your life based on your dosha, visit an Ayurvedic health practitioner or Functional Medicine doctor.
