Nature is awakening at its slow and beautiful pace. How about you?
Nature does not hurry, yet all is accomplished. ~ Lao Tzu
Nature is awakening in the Northern Hemisphere at its slow and beautiful pace. How about you?
Once Spring Equinox comes, I feel this inner tug to ramp up activities. I feel ready to shed the layers of winter clothes and lather on sunscreen. Then I pause and remember that nature does not hurry to summer, so why should I. Re-centering myself, I focus on the joys of slowly applying the lesson of winter stillness (aka blue mindset) to the my goal setting for summer (aka green mindset). For more on blue-green mindset, visit onetreelove.com/reflections.
And there is something in nature that truly embodies this way of being-- trees. Friday, April 26 is Arbor Day-- a day I invite you to start in our wellness tip challenge involving a tree near you. See below for details.
Looking to be hurried, yet accomplish some yoga and nature adventuring with OneTreeLove?Check out our offerings below for some self, community, and nature time. See you in the woods and water soon!
With love and gratitude,
