The Second Notice of the Ibis Cove Master POA Annual Meeting, along with the Proxy / Ballot was mailed out to all homeowners on February 25, 2019. Below is a copy of the 2nd Notice / Call to Meeting with important information about the meeting and election!
On Thursday, March 28, 2019, at 6:00 P.M., at the Ibis Cove Clubhouse, located at 8120 Logan Way, Naples, Florida 34119, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of conducting the lawful business of the Association. An identification of agenda items is as follows:
1. Certifying Quorum - Call to Order.
2. Proof of Notice of Meeting.
3. Reading and disposal of unapproved minutes.
4. Reports of Officers.
5. Reports of Committees.
6. Unfinished Business.
7. New Business.
(a) Election of Directors.
8. Adjournment.
Thirty percent (30%) of all Association Members (a “quorum”) must be present, in person at the meeting OR by proxy submitted prior to 6:00 P.M. on 3-28-19 in order for the Annual Meeting to be held and business conducted. Therefore it is extremely important that you either attend the meeting or send in your completed PROXY.
Please note the following information about PROXIES:
Homeowners may vote by enclosed proxy. A proxy is not valid for a period longer than ninety (90) days after the date of the first meeting for which it is issued. A proxy is revocable at any time at the pleasure of the homeowner who executes it. Proxy must be signed & dated by member to be valid.
A proxy is for the purpose of appointing another person to vote for you, in the event that you might not be able to attend the meeting, either as you specifically directed (i.e., Limited Proxy) or as your proxyholder determines to vote in his/her sole discretion (i.e., General Proxy). It must be signed by all owners of the parcel or the designated voter. If you appoint a proxy and later decide you will be able to attend the meeting in person, you may withdraw your proxy when you register at the meeting. THE COMPLETED PROXY MAY BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL (ibiscoveoffice@gmail.com) or USPS to 8120 Logan Way, Naples, FL 34119 or in person to the office at this location.
