Meet Jo Burrill, our new Development Coordinator
We are delighted to tell you that Jo Burrill is BCM’s new Development Coordinator. Read about Jo's background to see why she’s going to be brilliant at furthering the work of our Birmingham charity.
Jo is already busy setting up surgeries and meeting with people from potential BCM venues across the city. If you run a community space that you think would benefit from a BCM surgery, or you’re interested in volunteering as a helper, do contact her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are growing - join us
BCM has another paid position to fill! We are looking for a Development Assistant to support Jo and our trustees.
See whether this flexible, home-based role is for you or someone you know: all the information is on our opportunities page.
The application deadline is Wednesday 23 October.
We are also looking for trustees to strengthen our existing board.
Do you have knowledge, skills, enthusiasm and experience to help BCM make a positive difference to local communities?
Following the success of our first B30 Get Together in June, we're holding another one - taking place at the Cotteridge Church.
It's on Wednesday (9 October) from 6.30 to 8.30pm. This time we'll be marking up maps with projects and groups in the area, discussing what everyone would like to see here, and exploring ways to work more closely together.
You don't have to live or work in B30 to attend. Everyone is welcome.
We're growing our networks and always looking for useful events and info to share. This is just a small selection of things we have spotted or been sent. If you have something you'd like us to consider promoting, email email@example.com.
Thank you for subscribing to our mailing list. We'll be back soon with more useful info. In the meantime keep us posted on your community updates and success stories via our social media channels. We love to share good news.
