Spring Newsletter

Hello, and welcome to my Spring newsletter, I hope this finds you well. 
We find ourselves in extraordinary circumstances. I am sure you will be doing all you can to keep yourselves and your families healthy, occupied and positive. It seems rather ridiculous now that April was scheduled as ‘Stress Awareness Month’, I am sure we are more aware of it now than ever before. I had planned this season’s blog to tie in with this theme but wondered if it would be appropriate in our current situation. After some thought I decided to stick with it. I am not suggesting we have all been thrown into a state of panic but, panic attacks are so prevalent in times of calm as well a crisis and my intention is that if you or someone you know experiences them you might find something helpful in what I have to offer. 

Zoom Massage Lesson

Massage has many benefits and is especially good at reducing stress and making us feel good. For obvious reasons I can’t give you a treatment at the moment but self massage is a great alternative which can be surprisingly effective. I will be offering a few self massage tips, via Zoom, simple techniques that I might suggest to a client in my treatment room. Please understand you will not come out of this with a massage qualification!  I am hoping it will be helpful and fun. It will be a free half hour session at a date to be arranged.
