Hello, I hope you are well. 
Sadly, due to government restrictions, I have been temporarily unable to offer treatments since the 21stof December 2020. 
The encouraging news is that C-19 infection rates in the Epping Forest District area are dropping so I hope to be able to offer treatments again in the not-too-distant future. I will of course keep you updated by email with regards to when I am able to start doing treatments again.

Our health and well being are at the forefront of all our minds and are being challenged like never before. This was uppermost in my thoughts when I wrote this season's blog and I hope you find it helpful.

Five Ways to Help with the Highs and Lows of Lockdown
‘Stress’ tends to manifest itself in two ways in the body. We either have too much energy running around our system and feel ‘hyper’; with tense muscles, churning stomach and the inability to focus; or we feel a deep lack of energy, fatigued, withdrawn, and a lack of motivation.
