July Newsletter

It was wonderful to see both familiar and new faces at our July support group meeting. We have some exciting events lined up for August, including an educational talk on the link between the gut and brain function and one of our carers talks about her newly published book! If you are interested in attending any of our upcoming events, get in touch and let us know.

A Personal Story

‘It can be hard to express my thoughts and understand what other people are trying to say…If I feel that the conversation is lacking, I will usually dig myself into a hole of doubt and stop talking entirely.’
