    • over the age of 12
    • two months past your last booster shot
  • More reporting from the Newberg Graphic on Yamhill County's choice to appeal the July decision that struck down the County's Second Amendment Sanctuary ordinance. The ordinance will remain active while the appeal is considered. The ordinance "bars county employees from enforcing or using county resources to enforce gun laws originating from the state or any other "extraterritorial" agency outside the county, as well as any statute relating to firearms." Read the story here.
  • One of the recently appointed Newberg School Board members Raquel de Britto attended the U.S. Capitol Insurrection on January 6, 2021. Read the story here.
  • The filing deadline for local races has passed, and we have some new candidates. Read the News-Register's reporting.
  • The Newberg School District is seeking bids for a new communications company after receiving community backlash for hiring a new company recently created by two county residents with connections to School Board members Brian Shannon and Dave Brown.
