CAMP WORK DAYS

Date: May 6 & 13
Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Camp cannot run without the help of many working hands. Jobs including wiping down walls and counters, sweeping and mopping floors, raking leaves and setting up tables, and other reno projects are needed to be done to make sure camp is ready for the Summer. Please come out with your friends and family to help us get ready for yet another amazing Summer of camp. Any and all help is appreciated. Please remember to bring a lunch.
NEW HIRES FOR SUMMER 2017
Administrative Assistant
Tabitha Raju

Tabitha just completed her first year of Engineering at Red Deer College. In her free time she enjoys working on artwork, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family. She has a very caring personality, making her approachable and easy to talk to. Tabitha has been attending Bethel Bible Camp since she was young, and has volunteered as a chore girl, counselor, and kitchen help for a large portion of her camp experience. She is looking forward to being part of the fun and God glorifying atmosphere of camp.
Facilities Manager
Kevin Borst
This past year Kevin finished his second year at the University of Alberta working towards his Education degree. His hobbies revolve around sports, whether its playing sports, watching sports, or looking at sports stats. He is very easy going, as it doesn't take a lot to get him on board to do something fun and exciting. Kevin has been a camper at Bethel Bible Camp from Children's Camp to Senior High Camp, and has served as a counselor for the past 5 summers, including directing Soccer camp once. This is Kevin's third summer as the Facilities Manager. He is looking forward to hanging out with the campers this Summer, including relaxing around campfires and floating down the mighty Pembina River with his friends.
RENOVATION PROJECT UPDATE

Construction for the renovation project is scheduled to begin next Summer! Thanks to everyone who donated and helped make this possible.
LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS

We still have many staff positions to fill, including counselors, chore people, kitchen help, nurse, and speaker. If you are interested in helping at camp this Summer please look at the list of camp dates at the beginning of the newsletter, and submit an online application at the Bethel Camp Website. We appreciate the willingness of so many to serve at camp.
