Mission Prayer

January call to prayer

There will not be any weekly virtual prayer meetings, but where possible, we encourage you to pray in unison with others at these times:- 
Monday 3-4pm; Wednesday 10.30am–11.30am; Friday 7.30pm–8.30pm
You can sign up to receive a reminder by text, email or a phone call. Please let Maudlyn or Judith know as soon as possible. However, if these times are not convenient, please pray whenever works in your schedule.  
 
We encourage you to join with us and read the book of Ephesians and pray in unison. A schedule for each week's reading can be found on our website here.

This week’s reading is Ephesians chapters 3 & 4 

Several suggested prayer points will be made available each week and we are also inviting your suggestions for subjects for prayer during the final two weeks of the month. Please email, text or call Pastor Steve.    

We end the month with a Zoom prayer meeting on Saturday 30th January, 10.30-11.30am. Please do please plan to join us. During this meeting, there will be an opportunity for anyone to share how you feel God has spoken to you during the prayer month. 

Communion Service

We will be celebrating communion during the online service this week. Please prepare a small red drink and a piece of bread or cracker as you join us online.

London Baptists’ Leadership Year: Online Open Evening

After a successful pilot in 2019-20 this year London Baptists is excited to be running its second-ever Leadership Year, an internship programme aimed at offering 18-25 years olds an exciting year of leadership training and experience within the urban church context.
 
On Wednesday 10th February they are hosting an online open evening offering the opportunity to find out more about this exciting new internship. There will be the chance to hear more about the vision from the team running the programme, listen to some of the stories and experiences of those who have been involved and have chance to ask any questions about how to get connected with plans for 2021-22.
