Mission Prayer

This week we are praying for the Chungs

The Chungs are a missionary family who have been working in Asia for many years now. Through learning the local language where they are based they teach and spread the Word of God to the community. Often in hostile and difficult situations.

Thank you to all of you who continue to send in your offerings and tithes online. If you are a regular giver or wish to make a donation you can do so online through our website. It's safe, secure and is another way of reducing the risk of spreading contamination through the use of cash or cheques. As ever, you are not obliged to give but if it is your wish to, this route is open to you.

Church anniversary - share your memories

As we can't celebrate our 112th anniversary together, we are asking you to share your memories online. Post a memory as a video, picture or just a text post and tag it with the hashtag #CPBC2020 or mention our social media tags that you will find on the right-hand side of this newsletter. If you're not on social media but want to take part send your video to newsletter@croftonpark.org.uk.

November - Church Month of prayer

Thank you to those of you who made it to one of our prayer sessions this week. During this special month of prayer, we are seeking God will concerning the church during November. Each week, we will be following this pattern:

  • Monday 3-4pm - Personal prayer wherever you are.
  • Wednesday 10.30-11.30am - Zoom session for personal and corporate prayer
  • 7.30-8.30pm Friday - Zoom session for personal and corporate prayer

Each Monday, Maudlyn will be providing a Bible verse for personal prayer. If you would like to receive the verse either by text or WhatsApp, please text Maudlyn on 07463 767896.

Please do make a note of anything you sense God says to you for the church during the course of the month. On Saturday 28th November we will meet online at 10.30-11.30am to share these things and pray together. On Friday 27th November there will be no evening prayer gathering, but an encouragement to pray for an hour wherever you are.

Online Services

We now record and stream the service live on Sunday to our YouTube channel. If you have been watching our services on Facebook we would ask that you subscribe to our channel on YouTube instead.
